Daikure's FRP grating, casted from FRP in the form of grating, allows for the creation of a fashionable interior for your building.

Uses are unlimited including flooring, partitions, ceilings, sun protection, stairs, balconies, doors, etc.

We have casted grating using FRP.
There are two types of grating sizes: 40mm x 40mm and 100mm x 25mm
Each product has an aperture ratio of 70%

What is FRP?
FRP is the abbreviation for "Fiber Reinforced Plastics". Casts are made with composite resin and thousands of glass fibers to make for a light and very strong product. For example, specific strength for steel is 5.4, aluminum is 7.0 and FRP is 15.

Because its FRP...
It will not rust and is resistant to chemicals. It does not conduct electricity and has no magnetic properties. Processing is simple and can be easily done on-site. The FR-2 model conforms to JIS fireproof standards.

What about coloring?
Two types are available: Grey (standard color), coral white (manufacturer option). Please ask branch or sales offices for information about other colors.
